About the Role


We are looking for a driven and experienced field-based sales professional with strong business development instincts to launch and grow our U.S. presence, starting in the New York area . In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while building strong relationships with OB/GYN offices, clinics, and hospital systems. Your work will be hands-on, in the field, and strategic—positioning Carevix® as a best-in-class solution in gynecology.

This is an individual contributor role with a high level of autonomy, requiring strong collaboration with sales, marketing, and medical teams to support national and local objectives.


Sales Enablement & Revenue Generation:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close, with a focus on healthcare providers (OBGYN private offices, clinics and hospitals) including systems (IDN, GPO).
  • Manage and support a successful Carevix® B2B launch in New York area as a primary focus before expanding to other regions.
  • Build and execute a strategic plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Cultivate a strong sales pipeline through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners’ sales staff to ensure alignment and effective product positioning in the market.
  • Build long-lasting customer relationships through regular site visits, follow-ups, and presence in procedures when needed.
  • Supported by a marketing and training organization, engage in physician education and support adoption through localized training efforts.
  • Receive inbound leads calls; answer questions and offer guidance based on a thorough knowledge of Carevix®; qualify prospects prior to offering a site visit.


Sales Planning:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Plan.
  • Collect and relay market insights and customer feedback to the Leadership team.
  • Support the RFP responses to potential clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the company's CRM system to track opportunities and leads.
  • Develop Key Account Management plans for priority OB/GYN groups and fertility clinics.


Segmentation & Targeting:

  • Understand and develop local customer segmentation.
  • Identify new customers based on customer segmentation criteria.
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects by conducting research to find new leads.


Customer Engagement & Product Adoption:

  • Drive physician engagement in the field—through events, roundtables, or one-on-one interactions.
  • Represent Aspivix at conferences, onsite and virtual meetings, and local events such as roadshows and exhibitions to deepen engagement with customers and prospects.
  • Leverage scientific publications and best practices to educate clinicians on the clinical value of Aspivix products.
  • Leverage marketing tactics to drive adoption of Carevix®.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product, and customer service, to coordinate sales efforts and long-term customer success.


Training & Education:

  • Create tailored presentations, proposals, and supporting sales materials to guide prospects through the buying process.
  • Supported by a marketing and training organization, lead a virtual or in-person Carevix® presentations to doctors, nurses, and other medical staff for Lunch & Learn or other meetings.
  • Support and drive sales efforts by providing product demonstrations, presentations, and remote training to leads and customers.
  • Provide ongoing support by addressing questions and feedback from customers.
  • Manage Carevix® demo requests and follow-up on the success of trials.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Medicine, Midwifery, Nursing, or equivalent in the medical field.
  • At least 5+ years of sales experience, in healthcare and medical devices.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes and navigating complex healthcare buying cycles.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Fluency in English. Spanish is a plus.
  • Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset and can work towards revenue goals.
  • You enjoy being in the field, meeting customers face-to-face, and building trust over time.
  • You are equally comfortable setting up cold meetings as you are delivering a compelling clinical demo.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to engage with multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Based in the USA, with flexibility for travel as required.

Training & Education:

  • Base salary: $115K - $125K with a competitive commission plan.
  • Competitive commission plan (details shared during interview)
    • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $50,000 – $75,000
    • Uncapped commission with accelerators for overperformance
  • Mileage reimbursement for field visits
  • Travel budget for conferences and events
  • Support from central team for customer materials, demos, and logistics
