Your Responsibilities & Missions

We are looking for a Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Care Specialist to oversee our end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and customer service. This role requires strong experience in ERP systems (i.e., Odoo) and a deep understanding of logistics processes. The selected candidate will also be responsible for pick and pack operations and ensuring excellent customer support.


Supply Chain Coordination

  • Align forecasting, production planning, logistics, and inventory management to maintain optimal inventory levels across all warehouses (US, EUROPE, SWITZERLAND).
  • Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and accuracy.
  • Negotiate, place, and supervise production requests with contract manufacturers.
  • Manage end-to-end shipping processes, including documentation preparation, working with freight forwarders, customs and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Control inbound shipments by managing item receipt, storage, and inventory level adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate stock records within the ERP system (Odoo).


Logistics Operations Management

  • Oversee outbound shipments from picking and packing to shipping and delivery, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders to identify cost-effective logistics solutions and resolve incidents.
  • Enter or verify all customer’s orders in the system with strong attention to details and in a timely manner
  • Review daily open orders to ensure efficient order management and that shipping targets are met
  • Process incoming inbounds in the system after verifications, and participate in stock-checks
  • Manually pick items from the stock by selecting the right items and lot numbers
  • Physically pack outbound goods efficiently and beautifully, keeping the workspace clean and organized
  • Edit shipping documents and organize outbound logistics with freight forwarders
  • Handle logistics related issues with the support of the management, and communicate with warehouse and forwarders for shipment arrangements if needed
  • Organize reverse logistics with customers and freight forwarders when required
  • Bring up opportunities encountered to the management, to grow the process in the spirit of Continuous Improvement.



Customer Service Excellence

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and returns. Ensure a seamless customer/physician experience by coordinating effectively across departments
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from patients and customers/physicians.
  • Process orders, confirmations, and invoices accurately in the system.
  • Answer customer’s queries in a professional and friendly manner, either directly, or by cascading requests to other departments when necessary. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system (Odoo).
  • Manage Order to Cash processes, from order placement, quotation approval, outbound shipment and invoicing.
  • Prepare, verify, and send accurate invoices to customers.
  • Provide accesses, documentation and guidance to external customers and partners.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and customer service, preferably in the MedTech or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo is preferred) for logistics and customer management processes.
  • Experience in managing third-party logistics providers and contract manufacturers.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills in French and English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
