Your Responsibilities & Missions
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Specialist to support the development and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including our CRM, ERP system (Odoo), website, data storage, and GDPR compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Odoo and website management, as well as a keen understanding of data security and regulatory compliance.
IT Infrastructure Management:
• Maintain and support the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Manage software resources across the organization.
• ERP & CRM System (Odoo):
• Lead the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Odoo for ERP and CRM and more systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ERP and CRM applications.
• Train and support staff on system functionalities and best practices.
Website Management:
• Oversee and maintain the company’s website, ensuring functionality, security, and updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize website performance and user experience.
• Manage website integrations with other business systems.
Data Storage & Security:
• Develop and implement data storage solutions that ensure accessibility, redundancy, and security.
• Conduct regular data backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place.
• Monitor and improve data security measures to protect sensitive information.
GDPR Compliance:
• Ensure the company's IT infrastructure and processes comply with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and provide recommendations for compliance improvements.
• Develop internal policies and training materials on data protection best practices.
Technical Support:
• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for all IT-related issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve IT-related concerns.
• Document and track IT issues and solutions to improve support efficiency.

Must Have
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in IT system management, particularly in an industrial or MedTech environment.
- Strong expertise in Odoo systems (implementation, customization, maintenance).
- Proficiency in website management (WordPress, HTML, CSS, SEO best practices)
- Solid understanding of GDPR compliance requirements and data security measures
- Experience with cloud-based data storage solutions (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Knowledge of IT networking, cybersecurity principles, and IT governance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills in English and French (both written and spoken)
