About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist based in the United States of America, who will play a pivotal role in driving product adoption and supporting our commercial efforts in the region. You will act as the key interface between Aspivix and stakeholders, including clinicians, distributors, and strategic partners' sales teams
Sales Enablement & Revenue Generation:
- Support and drive sales efforts by providing product demonstrations, presentations, and remote training to sales teams and distributors.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities within the company's CRM system to track opportunities and leads.
- Collaborate with strategic partners’ sales staff to ensure alignment and effective product positioning in the market.
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects by conducting research to find new leads
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product, and customer service, to coordinate sales efforts and support broader business objectives.
- Receive inbound leads calls; answer questions and offer suggestions based on a thorough knowledge of Carevix™; qualify prospects prior to offering a site visit.
Training & Education:
- Deliver remote demo and product training to sales teams and distributors; travel is limited as end-user (clinician) training will be conducted remotely.
- Lead a virtual or in-person workshop or seminar to train doctors, nurses, and other medical staff on the proper use of Carevix™.
- Develop educational content and training materials tailored to distributors and partners based on users’ feedback
- Provide ongoing support by addressing questions and feedback from sales representatives and customers.
- Manage Carevix™ demo requests and follow-up on the success of trials.
Customer Engagement & Product Adoption:
- Leverage scientific publications and best practices to educate clinicians on the clinical value of Aspivix products.
- Support clinical studies and data collection efforts to further market adoption.
- Participate in virtual and occasional in-person events such as medical conferences, roadshows and exhibitions.
Market Feedback & Strategy Support:
- Collect and relay market insights and customer feedback to the Product Management team.
- Support the RFP responses to potential clients.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs and sales enablement tools.

Must Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Medicine, Midwifery, Nursing, or equivalent in the medical field.
- At least 2+ years of clinical experience as a caregiver
- Experience with IUD insertion, family planning and/or reproductive health
- Prior experience in sales/clinical support, preferably in women’s healthcare and medical devices.
- Fluency in English. Spanish is a plus.
- Skilled in remote training and communication technologies
- Experience with a CRM system and proficiency in tracking opportunities and leads
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to engage with multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset and can work towards revenue goals
- Based in the USA, with flexibility for travel as required.
Nice to have
- Experience in education is preferred, with direct experience in customer interactions and presentations
- Experience working with scale-up or small companies, contributing to field clinical support operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust to the audience
